    DESCRIPTION
Yamazaki is the oldest whisky distillery in Japan, having been established in 1923 by Shinjiro Torii, the father of Japanese whisky. With the distillery nearing its centenary year, the whisky has long held a place in the hearts and glasses of connoisseurs around the world.

This 35-year-old expression is one of the oldest whiskies Yamazaki has ever created, crafted with liquid distilled in 1966 and 1970. Matured in special 90 litre second-fill Spanish sherry oak cask before bottling in 2006, this incredibly rare whisky is presented in a stunning hardwood case.
