This Speyside single malt has been distilled at The GlenAllachie and matured in a combination of first fill bourbon casks, virgin oak, Pedro Ximenez puncheons and Oloroso sherry puncheons for a full decade before bottling. Hand selected by Master Distiller, Billy Walker, this cask strength batched release is limited to just 3,000 cases worldwide.
The nose has sweet heather honey and toffee apples, with orange peel and a gentle spice. The palate brings more heather honey with rich vanilla and toffee, before a cooling eucalyptus and Caribbean spice in the finish.
