After a two-year hiatus, the Tobermory distillery released this 12-year-old single malt in early 2019 as part of their relaunched core range. This expression was laid to rest in American oak casks for 12 years before being bottled at 46.3% without chill-filtration. Call it a comeback!
Orchard fruits and sweet, sugary notes dust the nose. More pronounced citrusy tropical fruits develop on the palate, with plenty of creaminess and a hint of spice making way for a chewy-toffee finish.
