This stunning Highland Park single malt has spent 13 years maturing in oak casks before being finished in an octave for seven months. It was bottled in 2022 by Duncan Taylor exclusively for The Whisky Shop at 55.2%. This an extremely rare dram, with just 87 bottles produced.
On the nose, expect floral honey, marmalade, and lightly toasted marshmallows with a hint of smoke. The palate is filled with fresh croissants, exotic spices, and orange sorbet. These flavours melt into sweet honey notes combined with delicate smoke in the finish.
