The Knockdhu distillery is based in the North-West Highlands, and their offerings are called anCnoc (pronounced a-knock). The name came from the locals, who named the Knock Hill where the springs were found after the Gaelic for black hill – ancnoc. They use time-tested, traditional methods yet pride themselves on making distinctly modern tasting whisky. The whisky's signature flavours are honey, citrus, vanilla and toffee.

Each pack contains 5 x 3cl samples of:

  • anCnoc 12 Year Old - Matured in a combination of second fill American oak, ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, this whisky boasts a light, yet complex character with flavours of butter, fruits and sea salt.
  • anCnoc Peated Sherry Cask - A fresh take on the delicious sherry cask finish, this limited edition expression combines dark fruit flavour, with earthy peat to create a bold and surprising single malt.
  • anCnoc Peatheart Batch 3 - A heavily peated expression, the palate holds smoke and peat which is layered upon green apple, citrus and vanilla bean sweetness.
  • anCnoc New Make Spirit - ???
