The Legacy Collection 33 Year Old The Tops An excellent rare blend. This is a stunning 33-year-old expression that is brimming with rich, sweet flavours. Just 523 bottles of this unique expression were filled. The nose is sumptuous with toffee and treacle. The palate is dry, sweet, and oaky before leading into the satisfying and refreshing finish. The Legacy Collection 46 Year Old Spirit of Scotland This expression was initially created in 1994 to celebrate 500 years of the first known reference of Scotch whisky. Just 528 bottles of this stunning 46-year-old blended whisky have been produced. On the nose, there is leather, baking spices, and aged paper. The palate brings refreshing lemon, vanilla, and smoke - delicious! The finish is long and particularly smooth. The Legacy Collection 43 Year Old The Lost Estate A beautiful expression that exemplifies everything that is so wonderful about grain whiskies. Just 564 bottles of this 43-year-old expression were filled at 41% abv. The smooth nose brings juicy orange and candied pear. This fruitiness continues on the well-rounded and refreshing palate before leading into the clean and pleasant finish. The Legacy Collection 39 Year Old Sunshine On Speyside A real tropical triumph. This blended malt is bursting with flavours of mango, pineapple, and citrus. Just 398 bottles of this 39-year-old expression were produced. On the nose, there is smoked orange, pineapple, and light brown sugar. The palate brings bright candied lemon and barbecued mango before leading into the sweet and satisfying finish. The Charles Gordon Collection 56 Year Old The Long Marriage One of the rarest whiskies from The Charles Gordon Collection. Matured in two American oak hogsheads, this expression spent 56 years slumbering before 288 bottles were filled at 48% abv. The nose is oily with wood polish and candle wax. The palate is bold and spicy with plenty of cinnamon before leading into the sweet and drying finish. The Charles Gordon Collection 1968 The Cask Trials A wonderfully well-aged grain whisky from Girvan. This unique expression spent 54 years maturing in first fill Spanish oak sherry butts to create this fabulously sumptuous dram. Just 303 bottles were filled in 2022. The nose has dramatic notes of wood polish and dried fruit. On the palate, there is coffee, brown sugar, and toffee before leading into the sweet and satisfying finish. The Charles Gordon Collection 1964 The First Drop An unforgettable expression from House of Hazelwood. This release consists of some of the first drops of whisky to flow through Girvan distillery. Distilled in 1964, just 71 bottles of this ultra-rare dram were filled in 2022 at 42% abv. On the nose, there is plenty of honey, smoke, and juicy fruit. The palate is sumptuous and bold with notes of rich toffee before leading into the sweet and nutty finish. The Charles Gordon Collection Blended at Birth This unique expression was blended before aging. This grain and malt blend then aged for 57 years in ex-bourbon American oak before being bottled in 2022 at 47% abv. A stunning, rare dram. The nose has rich fruit cake, almonds, and leather. The palate is herbal and slightly bitter before leading into the cool, refreshing finish full of menthol.
