At The Whisky Shop, we have found ourselves in the privileged position where we can showcase a selection of releases that have never been seen before from this iconic brand, some of which are totally exclusive to The Whisky Shop. From 1839 to today, The Dalmore Distillery has grown to have a tremendous influence on the world of whisky, and you can bet on its regal position in the Scotch whisky industry to continue on for a long time yet. These releases provide a special opportunity to possess your own unique slice of Dalmore history.

The Dalmore 15 Year Old Pedestal Gift Tin, 40% ABV

A new flourish of style to complement a standout Dalmore. This Pedestal Gift Tin is a striking new way to present a first-rate whisky, and the Dalmore 15 Year Old is aptly the bottle of choice. The world-renowned 15-year-old spent twelve years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before a three-year finish in three different sherry woods – Amoroso, Apostoles, and Matusalem oloroso. The bottle is just at home inside the tin as it is perched on top. This is a wonderful gift, as well as a great opportunity to display your Dalmore in all its glory.

The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask, 43% ABV

This addition to the Highland distillery’s Principal Collection is exclusive to The Whisky Shop. This expression spent ten years maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, before it was then finished with a flourish in hand-curated sherry barrels from Andalusia, Spain. This is a 12-year-old with a real punch of sherry flavour, the quintessential Dalmore characteristic. This single malt comes from a collaboration between Richard Paterson, the creative force behind the brand for over fifty years, and three cask partners from Andalucia: Tevesa, Vasyma, and Paez. This limited-edition run is full of sweet sherried flavours. Expect a decadent, sweet, dark drinking experience.

The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve Gift Set, 46.5% ABV

This Dalmore Port Wood Reserve Gift Set is the gift that keeps on giving. Accompanying two branded Dalmore rocks glasses emblazoned with the iconic Dalmore stag is a bottle of the award-winning Dalmore Port Wood Reserve. This single malt matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and aged Tawny port pipes from Portugal. Dark, sticky, sweet flavours sing in this expression, with hints of roasted chestnuts, espresso, caramel, and cherries. Tastefully designed, this is a gift pack that oozes with elegance.

The Dalmore 30 Year Old 2021 Release, 42.8% ABV

This single malt is the Rolls Royce of the recent Dalmore releases. This 2021 release is a very limited-edition whisky, with no expense spared. The Dalmore’s reputation as a maker of vibrant, rich drams is on full display here. This Dalmore 30 Year Old is matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and was finished in Graham’s 30 year Old Tawny Port pipes. Maturing an exceptionally aged whisky in another exceptionally aged port combines the expertise of two disciplines into one sensational interdisciplinary expression. Presented at 42.8% abv, this port cask is lingering, full of body, and rich in history. Expect citrus, black cherries, treacle, and port characteristics filling the nose.

The Dalmore Cigar Malt, 44% ABV

This single malt will go toe-to-toe with the heftiest cigar. To make this one, Dalmore draw from three types of cask: American white oak ex-bourbon casks, 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry butts and premier cru Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. Expect rich caramel, shortcake, and biscuits on the nose, before an explosion of caramel and wonderful sherried notes on the palate.
