From the London-based distillery, this commemorative release marking the Coronation of King Charles III has a limited run of only 1400 bottles. The non-age statement single malt is a unique marriage of American oak bourbon casks and Bordeaux red wine casks, Bimber's first expression crafted from a unification of multiple wood types. Bottled at 52.2% abv, and presented in a gift tube adorned with an array of illustrations drawing from the life and passions of King Charles III. From gardening, to fishing, to his and Camilla's Jack Russell dogs.

You can expect Bimber's signature fruity aromas on the nose, which lead to a rich palate full of plump berries, shaved chocolate and tanned leather.

One of the few distilleries based in London, Bimber’s expressions are made to work on two fronts; to celebrate London and its long history of distilling, and compete at the highest level with any other malt whisky distillery.  The barley, a mix between Concerto and Laureate strains, comes from a single farm in nearby beautiful Hampshire. They do a traditional floor malting, a labour-intensive and rare practice to see in operation. Bimber source American oak and sherry casks from the USA and Europe, and with its onsite cooperage the team can check all casks and repair and re-char the casks when required. Bimber use only natural ingredients and traditional methods to craft a unique range of award-winning spirits. It's name means 'moonshine' in Polish.
