Fran - Executive Producer of Whiskeria
Glen Scotia 12 Year Old is a distinguished single malt that embodies the maritime character of Campbeltown. Matured in first-fill bourbon casks, it was bottled at 46% ABV. This expression stands as a proud tribute to Glen Scotia’s heritage and the enduring spirit of one of Scotland’s most historic whisky regions.
Expect a profile rich in tropical fruit, vanilla, and gentle coastal influence. Hints of citrus and caramelised sugar unfold on the palate, complemented by subtle oak and warming spice on the finish.

This Blue Spot single pot still Irish whiskey is crafted at Midleton distillery using a combination of bourbon, sherry and Madeira casks. Matured for at least seven years, this expression is bottled free from chill filtration at a natural cask strength of 59.1% abv.
The nose is fruity with green banana, kiwi and pineapple. The palate brings hazelnut and spices with baked apple and toasted oak, before a long and fruity finish with a gentle spice lingering.

One of the few remaining Lowland distilleries, Glenkinchie's rural location amid fields of barley, just twenty miles from the hustle and bustle of the capital, makes this 'The Edinburgh Malt'.
Distilled using some of Scotland's largest stills; matured for 12 years, the result is a light, fresh and floral whisky.

This single malt whisky from Laphroaig distillery on Islay is a peated 10-year-old expression which has been finished in aromatic Oloroso sherry casks. The whisky is first aged in European Oak sherry casks which are carefully selected to give the typical Laphroaig style, and the additional finish in Oloroso casks gives a nutty and sweet complexity. The result is a well-balanced whisky that intertwines strong peat with rich fruits perfectly, and is bottled at 48% abv.
Sweet medicinal peat notes give way to honey sweetness, cloves and smoked bacon. A sweet and aromatic palate, with creamy chocolate and polish, leading to a long, sweet and spicy finish.

From Isle of Raasay distillery, Dùn Cana Sherry Quarter Cask is made with unpeated and peated spirit and has been initially matured in American rye casks, before a second maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry quarter casks. Presented at 52% abv, the single malt is free from chill filtration and at natural colour.
The expression exudes peppery spice, dried sultanas and hints of vanilla with a finish of lingering salty chocolate and a light hint of aromatic wood smoke.
