This expression is the eighteenth release to Foursquare's Exceptional Cask Selection series. The rum was matured at Barbados' Foursquare Distillery in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Zinfandel casks. Indelible is tied to the fourth release in the Exceptional Cask Selection series. A small amount of rum that underwent dual maturation in ex-bourbon casks and ex-Zinfandel casks from the fourth release has been blended in with the spirit created specifically for Indelible, creating a special expression that wonderfully combines past and present rum. The rum has been bottled at 48% abv and is free from chill filtration. The expression is particularly fruity on the nose, with plum, creamy coconut, and candied pineapple all present, as well as a subtle earthy note. Zesty on the palate, there is plenty of sweet orange and hints of toasted hazelnuts before leading into a long finish full of rich oak.
