Dalmore Vintage 2008

This vintage from The Dalmore's impressive selection of sherried drams, is a Dalmore for whisky purists. This 2008 Vintage was initally matured in American white oak bourbon casks, before a second aging in Matusalem sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bottled at 15 years old, the palate is full of manuka honey, sweet cacao, poached apples, and golden sultanas. The expertly-crafted marriage is more than worth its price.

Balvenie 16 Year Old French Oak

This 16 year old expression showcases The Balvenie's Malt Master David C. Stewart's expertly honed cask management skills. Matured in American oak and finished in specially selected French oak casks, which previously held Pineau fortified wine, the whisky is a sensational abundance of fruity and floral flavour. All encased in a luxurious box, it makes for a stunning present.

Blanton's Original Single Barrel

This single barrel bourbon, taken from the middle sections of Blanton's Warehouse H, was once the preserve of ambassadors, dignitaries and friends and family of Colonel Blanton himself. The gorgeous bourbon is full and soft, burnt sugar and caramel mixing with orange and cloves, all encased in their signature grenade bottle with their collectable horse and jockey stopper. GlenDronach 18 Year Old

A sherry-bomb of the highest order, this 18-year-old from Glendronach is bursting with flavours of stewed fruits, mixed spice, dark chocolate and polished oak. Hakushu 12 Year Old

This ultra-fresh Japanese whisky was born at Suntory's mountain distillery, nestled deep in the forests of Mt. Kaikomagatake. Hakushu is distilled using peated spirit, which is perfectly softened and balanced with pure mountain water to create this fresh expression. Find basil, pine needles and green apple on the nose, with a palate full of sweet pear, mint and kiwi, ending up subtly smoky with green tea.

Jameson 18 Year Old
