Matcha Tea Highball - Hatozaki Whisky

The signature cocktail by Hatozaki whisky, this highball is an elegant combination of distinctive Japanese flavours.

  1. Combine 40 ml of Hatozaki Finest Blended whisky with 15 ml of lemon juice and 15 ml of honey.
  2. Add 1/4 tsp of matcha green tea powder and top up with soda water.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Add ice and serve.

Bitter Perfume - Perfume Trees

From the Hong Kong-based distillers, this gorgeously tart cocktail will bring Spring to mind every time you make it.

  1. In a cocktail shaker muddle 10 pieces of mint and then add 45 ml Perfume Trees Gin, 15 ml Campari, 20 ml lime juice, 30 ml grapefruit juice, one drop of Angostura Orange Bitters and 10 ml of simple syrup.
  2. Shake and strain over ice in a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a dehydrated grapefruit slice.

Lychee Martini - Haku Vodka

Bringing together Japan's most famous vodka, and its much loved fruit export, this cocktail is a true taste of Nippon.

  1. Combine 60 ml Haku vodka, 20 ml dry vermouth, 25 ml lychee liqueur, 1 tsp elderflower liqueur and one dash of Peychauds bitters in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Bold Sour Cocktail - Paul John

This bitter and spicy cocktail has as much bite as Paul John Bold served up straight.

  1. Muddle two slices of ginger in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 45 ml Paul John Bold, 30 ml orange juice and 4 drops of Angostura Bitters and 1tsp honey.
  3. Squeeze 3 lime wedges and one wedge of orange, and drop in.
  4. Shake, and double strain onto ice in a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice.

NÃNÃ - Nikka Whisky

Pineapple juice, yellow chartreuse and Nikka's signature gin go together wonderfully in this refreshing highball.

  1. Add 45 ml Nikka Coffey Gin, 5 ml Yellow Chartreuse and 50 ml fresh pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Strain over crushed ice in a highball glass.
  3. Top with tonic water.
