‘Between You and I’ is the latest release from Orkney’s Highland Park distillery, unveiling a new collection that’s unlike any other. Brushing aside the cobwebs of traditional tasting notes and expectations, this collection asks the consumer what it is that they are experiencing.  

To aid this, each pack contains a booklet inviting drinkers to jot down their own tasting notes and reflections. Does the taste evoke a memory? A feeling? 'Between You and I' isn’t just a whisky; it’s a shared experience, a spark for conversation, and a celebration of how differently we all see, and taste, the world. Because no two palates are the same, and that’s exactly the point. It’s about conversation, connection, and discovering something personal in every sip.

Each bottling in the collection will also partner with celebrities from around the world who are known for their taste! This first instalment in the lineup features a partnership with Björn Frantzén, a Swedish footballer turned three-Michelin-star chef, who was the first to taste this 16-year-old single malt. Björn’s own impressions shaped the packaging, taking inspiration from his memories, favourite music, and even his love of graffiti in the layered spray-paint design.
