Traditional Whiskies Inspired by Times of Old
Twenty-four bottles of whisky distilled back in 1833 sold for £385,000 at a historic auction last December. They were discovered behind a door in Blair Castle, Pitlochry, nearly 200 years since it was made. The lucky buyer has the opportunity to taste a true 19th century single malt, from when methods and flavours were much different.
